Our Approach
Need-driven, community-led, built to last.
Every Sankalp initiative starts with listening. We work at the grassroots in Gautam Buddh Nagar and beyond, designing programmes around the real priorities of underserved communities and measuring what changes.

Our Principles
What guides every programme
Sustainable change can't be created by one organisation alone. These four principles shape how we plan, deliver and stay accountable.
Start with real needs
We assess community needs and record a baseline before any intervention, so programmes answer local priorities.
Community ownership
Local volunteers, such as our Shala Sakhis, help deliver programmes so communities carry the work forward.
Transparency & trust
We work with donors and partners openly, ensuring every contribution is directed towards meaningful outcomes.
Long-term thinking
We scale what works, like growing our learning programme from 10 to 30 government schools.

Measuring Impact
Our 10-step impact cycle
Each programme moves through the same circular cycle, so we can show what changed and improve the next round.
Need Assessment
Understand what the community needs most.
Baseline
Record the starting point to measure against.
Beneficiary Identification
Reach the people who need support most.
Programme Implementation
Deliver with partners and local volunteers.
Field Monitoring
Track progress on the ground, regularly.
Assessment
Review how the programme is performing.
Outcome Measurement
Measure the change against the baseline.
Documentation
Capture stories, data and evidence.
Reporting
Share results with donors and partners.
Learning & Improvement
Feed lessons into the next cycle.
Step 10 loops back to step 1, so every programme gets better over time.
Collective Impact
Stronger together
Impact grows when communities, donors, CSR professionals, institutions and volunteers come together with a shared purpose. We collaborate with:
